For 20 years, we’ve only designed projects that we’ve always gone on to build. But it’s time for a change.
We recognise that many people have a reason to use a different builder. Perhaps someone they’ve worked with before. Perhaps someone they’ve already engaged. With this in mind, we’re tweaking our model to give clients more flexibility.
We’ve separated the company into two halves: the design side; the build side. This means we can now undertake design projects independently from the build side—delivering schemes from design concept to Building Regulations Submission.
Our revised offering gives you access to Moon’s design expertise while retaining full control of the choice of contractor, be that Moon or another.
Conversely if you have already appointed a designer and would just like to take advantage of Moon’s famous high build quality then we are able to offer a build only service.
We are Moon DESIGN. We are Moon BUILD.

We are proud of the working environment we have created here at Moon. Having an inspiring space to come to each morning, along with a fresh cup of coffee, makes for a great place to work. It’s also the place where we meet our clients to discuss their projects.
We have a dedicated Site Manager on all our projects. The Site Manager’s job is to make sure all aspects of the build are delivered to the exacting finish we require. They also manage the site team and any subcontractors.
When recruiting our site workers, we always try to find the sort of people you’d be happy to welcome into your home. They work together brilliantly as a team and have a great attitude to delivering the project!
Moon Workshop is our in-house joinery business that designs and makes bespoke fitted furniture, joinery and cabinetry. This capability provides more freedom during the design process, enabling us to carry out high quality interiors that many building companies find very difficult to deliver. Considering the furniture elements early in the design process, allows them to inform the overall design solution rather than becoming a bolt-on element at the end.
