Despite a recent refurbishment, the kitchens northerly aspect, at the rear of this Victoria house was gloomy and the connection to the garden poor. Moon removed the existing utility room and rear wall and added a glazed extension allowing the kitchen to flow into the garden. A cedar clad garden store was incorporated into the end of the glazed structure and a new kitchen was designed and fitted. Other works included amending the plumbing system, insulating the ground floor and installing underfloor heating.
